YOUR ACCOUNT & YOUR DATA

Privacy at Webyaam

This notice explains the information used to provide your Webyaam account, website-building workspace and Google sign-in.

Account and workspace information

Webyaam stores your name, email address, workspace memberships, website source files and settings, published builds, and related service records. Email sign-in passwords and app session tokens are stored as hashes. Published website content is accessible to its visitors; source files and account records are protected by authenticated access controls.

When you continue with Google

Webyaam requests Google’s openid, email and profile permissions to verify your identity and create or sign in to your account. We store your name, email address and Google’s unique account identifier to recognise your account on future visits. Google access tokens, refresh tokens, profile photos and authorization codes are not retained as account data.

This integration does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or calendar data. Google sign-in information is used for account authentication, account communication and access to your own workspaces, rather than advertising or unrelated profiling.

Services that process information

Webyaam uses Vercel for the platform and isolated project runtimes, Supabase PostgreSQL for application records, Cloudflare for storage and delivery, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email. These services process the information needed to provide their respective functions. Card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored in Webyaam’s application database.

Connecting an AI or MCP client authorizes that client to use the workspace access you approve. Your selected AI provider’s own data practices apply to information you share with that provider.

Your choices and requests

You can sign out to end your current app session and revoke Google access through your Google account connections. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete existing Webyaam projects or end other Webyaam sessions. Account information is retained while needed to operate your account and associated services. Contact support@webyaam.com to request access, correction or deletion of account information, including Google sign-in data. Billing or security records may need to be retained separately where required.

Google API data

Webyaam’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
